  • Norfolk House has great contacts with many Textile Design Colleges and Universities in the UK.
  • We work closely with the client to understand exactly what they are looking to create a clear and concise job specification.
  • We email all job specifications to all college lecturers as well as our database of 100’s of designers.
  • We interview all applicants (100s per year) and Diane personally reviews their portfolio and CV, advising them on improvements.
  • Once the applicant’s portfolio is in order – and their personality and skills fit the client’s needs – they are invited for a 2nd interview with the client.
