Diane founded the company in 2000. She directs the team in all aspects of the business.  She loves to visit customers and developing new designs and colours but Diane also interviews all candidates for design and sales recruitment positions for her clients.

David King
Operations Director

David – Dianes partner personal and business – joined the company in November 2010 and has been Diane’s right hand man ever since! David spends the majority of his time travelling the UK  – with or without Diane – visiting customers presenting the mill ranges to them, taking meeting notes and ensuring all their queries are answered.
